NOTE !!!! On a Public Works Project the lender/public entity is required to honor the Stop Notice without a bond. It is not necessary for you to submit a bond with a Public Works Stop Notice.

NOTE !!!! Once the lender is served with a Stop Notice you should contact an attorney to ascertain the proper procedures for enforcing the Stop Notice.
