Close Masterliens has recently upgraded our web software to provide the highest level of web security and ease of use in preparing our forms. We have received some client calls saying they have had problems with some forms.  We take this very seriously, and found that one of the unexpected results of our upgrade is that some users computers need certain Windows patches or upgrade from older browsers. If you experience a problem with any form, please try the same form on another computer (or computers) in your office if available.  This has provided a short-term solution for everyone that we have assisted having these issues. In the long term, we humbly suggest the following: Make sure all Windows updates are current on your computer.   If using Internet Explorer, make sure you are using at least Explorer 7.0 (Version 8.0 is the latest) If your system meets these requirements or you upgrade to them and still experience problems, will you please let us know?  Masterliens wants to be your document preparer, we are pleased to serve you.  Our webmaster Ron Scott is a hands-on individual.  If you experience a problem with forms or any other aspect of our site, please let him know here.
